What if the purchased product has a poor after-sales situation?
(1) Please attach a simple fault description with the defective products, which can make the company’s maintenance personnel easy to judge and analyze.
(2) Please lock the screw of the terminal block (accessories and AC line may not be attached back).
(3) Defective products should be properly packed when returned to avoid damage during transportation.
(4) If the product is used for more than the guarantee period, maintenance costs will be charged according to the model.
(5) The product has been used for more than 5 years, it is recommended to replace the old and replace the new.
(6) Defective products will be repaired within 3 days after receipt and returned within 5 days
(7) For cause analysis of defective products, please refer to the attached tag after repair.
